2019 American Music Awards Social Content
For the 2019 American Music Awards campaign, I developed the creative, wrote copy for and produced a variety of social content - from the copy used for IG Story quizzes, to the scripts used in hype/sizzle videos and red-carpet pre-show packages, to sweepstakes videos, tune-in liners for participating talent and more.
We wanted to provide the American Music Awards fan the simulated experience of what it would be like to have a front-row seat to the world’s largest fan-voted awards show. I wrote the script for this video which aired as a package during the live Twitter red-carpet pre-show. I wanted to capture the excited voice of a young fan while also highlighting the impressive talent involved in the show.
In order to generate excitement for the 2019 American Music Awards performer lineup, I developed and produced a comedic “performer challenge” that was completed by influential YouTube personality and AMAs presenter David Dobrik. This content was shared on the American Music Awards’ socials as well as Dobrik’s socials.
I produced this light, relevant and youthful snack-able paid media content with the goal of capturing the vibe of the American Music Awards. This content was the highest-performing paid media video for that year’s awards.
I wrote this classic promo video with the intention of driving tune-in for the 2019 American Music Awards while highlighting the prestige behind the show as well as the unpredictable performances and moments that keep viewers tuning in every year.
I wrote the script for this video with the intention of hyping and building excitement for the complete 2019 American Music Awards performer lineup. This video package was integrated into the Twitter live red-carpet pre-show.
